Worldwide shipping available.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has
been confirmed.
Orders are delivered via Posti.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 250 € within Europe. A shipping fee
will be added on orders under 250€. The shipping fee differs depending on
the destination country.
- Finland 6.50€ and home delivery 10€ (free on orders over 250€)
- Europe 15 € (free on orders over 250€)
- Non-EU countries 30 €
Please notice that possible tax / duty / customs payments depending on the
destination country are not included and will not be covered by Lili Marleena
Helsinki Tmi.
Returns
You have a right to return your order within 14 days from the day you have received it. Only items that are in new, unused condition can be returned. Please send your product back to:
Lili Marleena Helsinki Tmi, Kolmas linja 12 MY4, 00530 Helsinki.
If your product is faulty, please send a reclamation and photos to contact@lilimarleena.com, you will get a new product or refund.
All returns will be credited in the same way as the payment has been made. For example if you pay by card, the same card will be credited when you make a return.
Lili Marleena Helsinki Tmi is not responsible for postal fees concerning returns.
Payment terms
You can use Visa-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard-, EuroCard – ja American Express -cards. Card payments are safe, and no card information is saved in the web shop server.
You can also pay through your Finnish bank account (Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken). From this web shop, you are directed to your own bank to make your payment. In addition, Mobilepay can be used for payments.
Also if you wish to pay in instalments, Collector Bank by Paytrail can be used.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
